Pro AV Solutions opens its newly refurbished workplace in Queensland

Pro AV Solutions has recently opened its new consolidated office, warehouse and experience centre facility in Milton, Brisbane. This substantial investment reflects the company’s commitment to innovation, and creating a connected workplace experience.

A space designed for collaboration and creativity

The new Pro AV Solutions QLD workplace offers a range of amenities, including 73 workstations that promote productivity, four meeting rooms for collaboration, a versatile training area, a state-of-the-art boardroom, and a fully equipped staff cafeteria with a connecting dining balcony.

Experience of excellent work in AVCare

The facility also includes an updated AVCare operations centre, allowing our QLD AVCare support and managed services teams to provide real-time monitoring and support to customers.

Philip Holtum, Managing Director for Pro AV Solutions Queensland, clarifies that

“we’ve created an immersive VNOC environment that shows data from our service platform mainly catering to our service ticketing and case management system, offering improved support services to our customers”.

Customer Experience Center

The new Customer Experience Centre in the facility allows visitors to explore the latest innovations that can improve modern workplaces, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, a Microsoft Signature Room, LED Media wall technology, intelligent camera systems and several other technologies we are seeing a strong demand for in the market.

This investment adds demonstration capability consistent with other Pro AV Solutions facilities nationwide, allowing customers to take a deep dive into technology to inform their investment and evaluate solutions based on user experience.

Presently, this includes showcasing Microsoft Teams Rooms Technology from Crestron, Logitech & Yealink, among others.

Streamlining operations: logistics centre and technical build facilities

Consolidating the premises from multiple sites has allowed the business to invest in operational efficiencies in new ways. From increased warehousing capacity to a state-of-the-art build area that allows for pre-provisioning and QA of systems, the new facilities help to drive continuous improvement as we meet the needs of our customers to provide technical excellence and velocity.

A vision for future expansion

Pro AV Solutions Queensland’s strategic move reflects not only innovation but a forward-looking approach. Philip Holtom looks at potential growth ahead of the 2032 Olympics in Brisbane, saying,

“There will be a lot of investment in Queensland, and I think Brisbane will grow ahead of the Olympics. I’m for being able to expand the business”.
