One of the world’s leading digital media and entertainment companies sought to modernise their internal cinema and presentation facilities.
Their objective was to downsize from a large traditional theatre to a more efficient, immersive space that could serve multiple functions—hosting private screenings, internal meetings, client presentations, and remote collaboration via video conferencing.
The new space had to match the high expectations of a Hollywood-grade cinema experience, while supporting the flexibility of a corporate theatrette.

A centralised technology hub managing room audio and environmental controls, including seamless integration with Krix loudspeakers for full 7.1 surround sound.
The space includes a Logitech MTR with a Tap controller, tracking camera, and integrated Shure wireless microphones—enabling interactive presentations and Q&A sessions.
Our Solutions
Pro AV Solutions was engaged under a design and construct contract to guide the client through every stage of the project. Working closely with the interior design firm and key stakeholders, we delivered a bespoke environment tailored to the client’s needs.
Key elements included:
- A cinema-grade projector and perforated projection screen
- Krix loudspeakers configured in a true 7.1 surround sound setup
- QSC processor and room control
- Logitech Tap for UC integration
- AVer tracking camera
- Shure wireless microphones
- Touchscreen and iPad roaming control
- Seamless joinery and cable management to preserve the aesthetic of the space
A significant focus was placed on acoustic isolation and environmental control to ensure the space could operate without disrupting surrounding office areas.
