Development Victoria

In early March 2017 we were appointed as the integrator for the fit-out of the consolidated Development Victoria Headquarters in Melbourne. Pro AV Solutions (VIC) were selected on the basis of their holistic, user focused offering & expertise in the specified systems being deployed.

With a mandate from the Department to enable collaboration in a variety of contexts, we delivered a suite of more than 20 integrated meeting rooms, huddle spaces and presentation areas.

The time frame on the project was tight. Once engaged we only had 10 weeks from order to completion and our team delivered seamlessly.

The project was handed over on time, and under budget. In fact, value management solutions we implemented enabled the client to invest in another seven interactive huddle spaces within their original budget.

The clients were thrilled and meeting spaces were being fully utilised on day one.
