To ensure systems are easy to operate, Pro AV Solutions in-house engineers will program touch panels to provide user friendly menus. These panels not only replace individual remote controls, but can also control lighting and be linked to room booking systems.

Pro AV Solutions has a considerable investment within the people working within its Managed Outsource team, most of which are based at clients’ sites providing immediate first line technical support and concierge services.
Our sophisticated service software (AVCARE) allows us to record details of all equipment covered under a maintenance contract. Management information can be provided on a monthly or quarterly basis.
To ensure minimum fuss for our clients, Pro AV Solutions has a number of qualified bench engineers who are able to repair all items of equipment, right down to component level.
